Our Story
Rowland Hassall was admitted to practice. He worked as an employee lawyer with his father Rowland P Hassall, and then commenced his own law practice as Principal (1979 to 1983) under the name Rowland P Hassall & Associates.
Rowland went into practice with John J Byrne as Hassall & Byrne from 1983 until 2008 (25 years).
Michelle Cupples starts her career as a litigation, property and commercial lawyer, working in suburban and top tier law firms and State Government.
Rowland commences his own practice Hassall’s Litigation Services as sole Principal.
On 1 July 2023, Michelle acquires the practice of Hassall’s Litigation Services and commences as Principal, with Rowland continuing on as Consultant on a part-time basis.
